In Loving Memory - Custom Portrait
Some families never got one photograph with everyone in it. If someone is missing from yours, send us the photographs you have — the one who couldn't be there, and the family as it is today — and our artists draw them together in charcoal on cotton paper: the same scale, the same light, one drawing. Everyone is drawn with the same weight; nobody is faded into the background. Nothing is printed until you have seen the drawing and told us it is them.

Returns
Every order is personalized and one of a kind, so there is nothing to send back - keep it. If you are unhappy with your portrait, you have 90 days from delivery to ask for a remake or a full refund, your choice. Damaged in transit or lost on the way? Send a photo to support@trydespi.com and we remake and reship it at our cost.

Arrived damaged or never arrived?
Send us a photo and we remake and reship it free of charge, at our cost. Same if the parcel is lost in transit. You are never out of pocket for something that happened on the way to you.
Not what you approved?
If the print does not match the portrait you validated, that is on us. We reprint it, free, no questions asked.
Nothing to send back
Your portrait is one of a kind and made for you alone - we have no use for it back. Keep it, and we will still make it right.
