These work very well after prostate removal surgery. They are absorbent for stress incontinence and small and heavier leaks throughout the day. They are very comfortable. They wash and dry well with regular laundering- I’ve not had to give them any special attention and they’re still holding up well. Bought L, fits true to size.

This boxer brief works well from an incontinence control aspect. I ordered XXL based on the size chart and they fit perfectly. The problem with other brands I tried was sizing ran large and I had no way to know before purchase.
