# SHIPPING POLICY

**DESPI** is committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We ship all orders from our US-based warehouse to ensure fast delivery times across the country.

### SECTION 1 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

**Where we ship:**
Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.

**Shipping Options:**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* **Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS):** 2-4 Business Days.
* **Free Shipping:** May be available for orders over a certain amount or for active subscriptions, as advertised on the website.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high volume seasons (e.g., Holidays).*

### SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within **1-2 business days**.
* Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST usually ship the same day.
* Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
* If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

### SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a **Shipment Confirmation email** once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
* The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
* Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email.

### SECTION 4 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES

**DESPI** is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**However, we want to help:**
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at **support@trydespi.com** within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to assist you with a replacement.

### SECTION 5 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (IMPORTANT)

**DESPI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.**
Upon inquiry, **DESPI** will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

To protect yourself:
1.  Ensure your shipping address is secure.
2.  Track your package to know when it arrives.

### SECTION 6 - INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
* If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
* If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.

### SECTION 7 - REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from **DESPI**, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

### SECTION 8 - SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

For subscription orders ("Subscribe & Save"), your shipments will be automatically processed according to your selected delivery interval (e.g., every 30 days).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each recurring shipment. To change your shipping address for a subscription, you must update it in your account portal at least **24 hours before** the next scheduled processing date.
