# TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all offers, contracts, and agreements for the sale of products by **GROUPE NEXT** (trading as **DESPI**) to the Customer.

### 1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. **DESPI** reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

### 2. PRICING AND TAXES
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
* **Sales Tax:** We collect sales tax in states where we have a physical presence or economic nexus, as required by law. The tax amount is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
* **International Taxes:** If you are ordering outside the US (future capability), you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

### 3. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards.
By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

### 4. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx). This means that once we hand the package to the carrier, the shipment is your property and responsibility.
