### SATISFACTION GUARANTEED 90-DAY POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us for a refund. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome or result as every person is different. Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have and give you guidance in ensuring that you are taking the supplements as suggested.
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
You may request a refund within 90 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
### ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS (NO RETURN NECESSARY)
To provide the best possible experience, we have removed the hassle of return shipping. You are **not** required to return the bottles to us to receive your refund.
However, to prevent fraud and abuse of this policy, the following strict conditions apply:
1. **First Order Limit:** This guarantee applies **only to your first order** with DESPI. It is designed to allow new customers to try our product risk-free. Subsequent orders are not eligible for the "No-Return" refund policy unless the product is defective.
2. **One Per Household:** The refund is limited to one request per household, IP address, or shipping address.
3. **Timeframe:** Refund requests must be submitted within **90 days** from the date of delivery as recorded by the carrier.
4. **Proof of Purchase:** Products must be purchased directly from trydespi.com. A valid order number is required.
5. **Claim Validation:** We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions or if we suspect fraudulent activity (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds).
### HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a refund request:
1. Contact our support team at **support@trydespi.com**.
2. Include your **Order Number** in the subject line.
3. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the request (we appreciate your feedback to help us improve).
Since no return is necessary, you do not need to wait for a return label or go to the post office. Our team will review your request directly.
### REFUND PROCESS
Once your request is received and inspected for eligibility:
1. **Approval:** If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. **Issuance:** Refunds will be issued strictly to the **original credit card or method of payment** that was charged when ordering the product. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate cards or different forms of payment (e.g., PayPal to Credit Card).
3. **Processing Time:** Refunds are typically processed by our system within 24-48 business hours after approval. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take **5–10 business days** for the refund to appear in your bank account.
4. **Shipping Fees:** Shipping charges (if applicable) are **non-refundable** unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
### DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the "First Order" restriction does not apply. Please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with:
1. Your order number.
2. Photos clearly showing the issue (damage or wrong product).
We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
### SUBSCRIPTIONS CANCELLATION
Subscription orders may be canceled at any time **before** the next billing date.
* **Processed Orders:** Once an order has been processed (charged) or shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.
* **Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions:** If a subscription renewal order has already been shipped, it is **not** eligible for the "Satisfaction Guarantee" refund (as this guarantee applies only to the first order/trial).
* To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the link in your email or contact support@trydespi.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
### CHARGEBACKS
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first is considered a violation of these terms and may result in being banned from future purchases at DESPI and associated brands.
