# PURCHASE OPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

At **DESPI**, we believe in complete transparency and flexibility regarding our subscription services. You are in control of your subscription at all times.

### 1. NO COMMITMENT
Our subscriptions are offered on a "no-commitment" basis. You may cancel your recurring order at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

### 2. HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel your subscription, you have three easy options:
* **Customer Portal:** Log in to your account on trydespi.com using the link provided in your initial order email. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" and select "Cancel."
* **Email:** Send a request to **support@trydespi.com**. Please include your full name and order number.
* **SMS:** If you are subscribed to SMS updates, you may receive a link to manage your subscription via text.

### 3. CANCELLATION DEADLINE
To prevent the shipment of your next scheduled order, you must submit your cancellation request at least **24 hours before** your next scheduled billing date.
* **Late Cancellations:** If you cancel *after* your billing date and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot stop the shipment. In this case, the cancellation will apply to the *following* cycle.

### 4. MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Instead of canceling, you also have the option to:
* **Skip** a shipment if you have enough product.
* **Change the frequency** of your deliveries.
* **Swap** products.
All these options are available in your Customer Portal.
